NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Town of Burstall has changed the Regular Meeting of Council to Monday, July 15th, 2024, in the Council Chambers at the Town of Burstall Office in Burstall, Saskatchewan commencing at 6:30 p.m. CST.

This notice is given to notify the public that a date change from Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 to Monday, July 15th, 2024 for the Council Meeting has been called.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Town of Burstall will have a Budget Meeting on Thursday, June 6th, 2024, in the Council Chambers at the Town of Burstall Office in Burstall, Saskatchewan commencing at 7:00 p.m. CST.

This notice is given to notify the public that a Council budget Meeting has been called.

THE BURSTALL LANDFILL SITE WILL BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5TH, 2024.

LANDFILL SITE WILL BE OPEN ON SATURDAY, JUNE 8TH, 2024.

THE TOWN OF BURSTALL WILL BE FLUSHING THE WATER LINES (STARTING AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30 A.M.)

WEDNESDAY, MAY 29^TH, 2024 & (STARTING AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30 A.M.)  THURSDAY, MAY 30^TH, 2024

 Fire hydrants are used to flush the water mains, this ensures clean water flow & helps maintain the hydrants.  Residents may notice noise and grit in their lines as well as possible discoloration of water.

 You may want to refrain from washing clothes on these days.

RESTRICTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE WATER SUPPLY
The penalty for any person found guilty of an infraction of any provision of Bylaw 2024-210, A Bylaw Of The Town Of Burstall To Control The
Use Of Water From The Municipal Water System For the Use of Outside
Water shall be the discontinuation of water supply and a re-connection
charge of five hundred dollars, ($500.00), which is to be paid in cash.
Underground sprinkler watering can be scheduled from 3 am to 6 am
utilizing the odd / even days (house numbers).
If you wish to water using underground sprinklers during the 3 am to 6 am schedule you must register with the town office.

Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Town of Burstall for the year 2024 has been prepared and is open for inspection in the office of the assessor from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the following days:

Monday to Thursday
February 13th to March 18th, 2024

A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.

Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment or classification is required to file his or her notice of appeal(s), along with the required fee of $250.00 per appeal in writing, with:
